Who is responsible

What we collect

• What you send usIf you write to us — through the contact form, by email, or on WhatsApp — we receive whatever you choose to include. From the form that is your name, email address, phone number, and your message. The form sends it straight to our own mailbox on this same server; it does not pass through any other company on the way.
• Server recordsOur web server keeps standard technical logs of requests it receives, including IP address, time, the page requested, and browser type. These exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to build a picture of you.
• Your cookie choiceYour answer to the cookie banner is stored in your own browser. It never reaches us. See the cookie policy for detail.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or profiling on this site, and we do not collect special categories of personal data.

Why we process it, and on what basis

We use what you send us for one purpose: to understand your enquiry and answer it, including any follow-up needed to quote or advise on a project. The legal basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Server logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

The map on our contact section is drawn using tiles from a third-party map provider. Loading it means your browser contacts their servers, which reveals your IP address to them under their own privacy terms. Nothing you type on this site is sent to them.

We may disclose information where a law, court, or competent public authority requires it of us.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us about the same project. When it is no longer needed for that, or for any legal obligation we have, it is deleted. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then rotated out.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you may ask us whether we hold personal data about you and, if we do, request access to it; ask what it is used for and whether it is used consistently with that; learn who it has been transferred to; have incomplete or incorrect data corrected; request erasure or destruction; have any correction or erasure notified to third parties it was transferred to; object to a result produced solely by automated analysis; and claim compensation for loss caused by unlawful processing.

Keeping it safe

We limit who can reach the data we hold, keep our systems patched, and serve this site over an encrypted connection. No system is perfect, but we take the protection of what you send us seriously.

Changes to this notice

If how we handle personal data changes — a new service, a different way of contacting us — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
